Working with both single and consortium GP Surgeries, as well as CCG's, this service provides Advanced and Specialist clinicians to reduce GP workload and provide cost savings to the local NHS economy. PACT Directors provided a Specialist Paramedic car to a NHS Ambulance Trust. Working alongside the CCGs a new pathway for referral was developed for four main long term conditions. The team were able to avoid A&E admissions in the majority of cases and saved an estimated £2.3million in the year they were operating fully!
