Bolt-on Services

If you are an existing event medical provider who requires additional senior clinical support, PACT can supply a range of services to assist you. 

We can work with you to risk assess your event and tailor a package to ensure the event has the appropriate level of care.

Bolt on Staff:

• HCPC Paramedic - A registered practitioner specialising in pre-hospital care.

• Specialist Paramedics in Critical Care - HEMS or Critical and Intensive Care trained Paramedics.

• Specialist Paramedics/Emergency Care Practitioners in Emergency and Urgent Care - Paramedics with an additional Bachelor of Science degree and enhanced clinical experience in a specific field of Emergency or Urgent Care.

• Emergency Nurse Practitioner - NMC Registered Nurses working in an Emergency Department, GP surgery or Urgent Care Centre as a independent practitioner. (Independent prescribers also available).

• Advanced Clinical Practitioners in Emergency or Urgent Care - Paramedics or Nurses trained to Masters Degree Level with enhanced clinical experience in a specific field of Emergency or Urgent Care. These practitioners work at an equivalent level to that of their doctor colleagues.

• Doctors - GMC Registered Doctors with either a Emergency Medicine or Intensive Care speciality training; whom may have a interest in pre-hospital care.

• Specialist Nurses - NMC Registered practitioners whom are currently working in the emergency department or intensive care setting.

• Physiotherapists - HCPC Registered practitioners specialising in musculoskeletal injuries.

Full Medical Team with the staff, skills and equipment to undertake emergency and intensive care in the pre-hospital environment and emergency transfers from event to the required Emergency Department.

Medical Team and Critical Care Equipment:

• Monitors to measure vital signs including NIBP, SP02, ETC02, ECG, Temperature and arterial pressures

• Defibrillators with synchronised Cardioversion and Cardiac Pacing facility.

• Suction

• Medical Gas including medical oxygen, air and nitrous oxide

• Cannulation, central line and arterial line access

• Blood gas and electrolyte analysis

• Mechanical Ventilator

• Chest drains, seldinger and open chest drains

• Maternity delivery equipment

• Paediatric resuscitation equipment

• Difficult Airway and Rapid Sequence Induction including surgical airway equipment

• Thoracotomy and clamp shell thoracotomy kit

• Amputation Kit

• Syringe Driver and Infusion pumps

• Patient warmers

• Extensive list of emergency and resuscitation medications with supportive discharge drugs.
